His career journey—from Technical Support Engineer at Samsung to Country Service Manager at HUAWEI—demonstrates his strong commitment to customer-centric service delivery, operational efficiency, and strategic business growth.

Currently, he serves as the Operations Head – Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) at HUAWEI Technologies, where he leads large-scale service operations across the region. In this role, he oversees end-to-end service delivery, manages cross-functional teams, and ensures seamless customer experience across Huawei’s retail, service, and partner networks.
